Marina di Ventimiglia is an important urban regeneration project designed to a new international tourist destination on the waterfront of the western Ligurian Riviera city. It will be built on a total area of 70,000 square meters and will include several different interventions. The main operation, Borgo del Forte, will involve the waterfront area overlooking the new Marina of Monaco, where a high-end hotel structure will be built with a gym, a spa, a restaurant and 130 luxury apartments, 60 of which will be managed by the hotel. The La Rocca restaurant, located on the west side of the residential-hotel complex, and Club Italia will then be built, involving the transformation of the “former ACI” building of Piazza del Costituente into an ultimate food and beverage experience attraction. A Medical Spa Hotel will be built in the former convent of the upper town
Lastly Borgo del Forte Campus will be built in the Campasso area, behind the naturalistic area at the mouth of the Nervia River. This structure will include a public park, 6 tennis courts, an Olympic swimming pool, an event hall, and an international school with accommodations for teachers, students, and athletes.
