the new tourist destination

Marina di Ventimiglia is a valuable urban regeneration project designed to become a new international touristic destination at the waterfront of the western Ligurian Riviera city.

Borgo del Forte, the main development situated at the waterfront overlooking the new Marina of Monaco, where a five-star hotel with 70 rooms, a gym, a spa, and a restaurant will be built, in addition to 70 high-end residences.

The La Rocca restaurant, currently under construction, is located on the west side of the residential & hotel community, along with the proposed Club Italia, will deliver a signature food and beverage experience, along with many others.

Finally, Borgo del Forte Campus an international school with accommodations for students, sport facilities, a park, a swimming pool and event hall.
