The former ACI building in Piazza della Costituente will be called Club Italia. The recovery and reuse of the property is part of the large Marina di Ventimiglia project.
The building will undergo a complete renovation in an eclectic style. The entire ground floor, which is spread over approximately 300 square meters, is intended to house a commercial center dedicated to excellent food & beverages, with products also linked to the local area..

The facilities

The renovation of the former Aci can give new impetus to the square which can become an interesting meeting point for the city. Furthermore, thirteen parking spaces, partly covered, will be created on the floor below the building, with entrance from via Trossarelli, for the exclusive use of the commercial centre.
