Anselmo De Titta is the CEO of Marina Development Corporation since June 2024. Graduated from the Polytechnic University of Milan in Urban Planning and Territorial Policies, he deepened his university studies on integrated territorial development, urban regeneration, local development policies, sustainability, conflict management, and housing in general. He also conducted research with an anthropological approach towards specific housing forms, such as gated communities. His first work experience was at Inpartner, a boutique advisory and development firm, where he was involved in due diligence, strategic territorial analysis, and asset management. For over two years, he was the client representative for IGD (Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione) in the consultancy project for the development of the Porta a Mare project in Livorno. He contributed to the acquisition phase of the area from Azimut Benetti, managed the implementation of the Program Agreement, obtained building permits, and initiated the first planned public works. In 2011, he joined BNP Paribas RE Property Development, where he stayed for 11 years. Initially, he was the development manager for the group's first residential project in Italy, later becoming Head of Residential Development, and in the last two years, General Manager / Head of Italy for the group's development division. Among the projects completed, totaling 400 million euros in managed revenues, were the Horti project in Milan and the Domus Aventino project in Rome. He then moved to GreenStone Sicaf, where he structured the Development team for direct management of Due Diligence processes, strategic development planning, permitting and public administration relations, design management, local conflict management, product, and delivery. At GreenStone, he implemented the development of the group's 11 ongoing projects, located in Rome, Milan, and Florence, with residential, commercial, and student housing destinations.

Fabrizio Santagata is responsible for the financial planning strategies, the supervision of accounting and financial reporting and the control activities of MDC and real estate development projects promoted. He started his professional career at EY in 2011, dealing with auditing services and consulting in the areas of accounting, finance, controlling, risk management and M&A serving international and listed companies operating in various sectors. Before joining MDC, since 2020 Fabrizio worked for Bizzi & Partners, a real estate development company and promoter of investment operations in progress in Italy and the United States, as Head of Finance & Controlling for the group including real estate construction and service companies and special purpose real estate companies. Fabrizio has over 10 year of work experience in the real estate industry, and he is Certified Public Accountant and Legal Auditor.

Aldo Sansone leads strategy at MDC, handling positioning, partnerships and strategic deals to ensure the best customer experience across development projects, including all sales & marketing activities. A professional with over 40 years’ experience in development and growth, early in his career he was director at major international communication and digital marketing agencies, managing brands like Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Illy, Corriere della Sera, TIM and Disney. He served as Managing Director at Fullsix Group, contributing to its listing on the Milan Stock Exchange, then as Group Director S&M at Eleganzia (Forte Village Resort, Castel Monastero, Porto Arsenale La Maddalena, €120M revenue). He later held roles as Managing Director, Commercial Director and COO within BolognaFiere Group (€120M revenue), and Managing Director and General Manager of Portopiccolo Resort (Luxury Collection by Marriott, €350M asset value). More recently he was one of the senior executives at Sani Ikos for six years, overseeing luxury resorts in Greece, Spain and Portugal (€2.3 billion exit). Between 2023 and 2025 he was CEO of Terme De Montel Milano, Italy’s largest urban SPA (16,000 sqm), managing the entire pre-opening (€64M asset value). He published a luxury case study at Harvard Business School and taught for several years at LUISS Business School’s luxury master and the Politecnico di Milano’s master on luxury services and products.

Niccoló Barattieri di San Pietro is an executive in the real estate sector with extensive international experience in development, investment, and strategic advisory. After beginning his career in trading for hedge funds, he became a Partner at Est4te Four in 2006, contributing to the transformation of the company into a global real estate advisor and leading major acquisition transactions, including nearly three million square feet in Brooklyn. He later served as CEO of Northacre, overseeing large-scale residential developments in Prime Central London with a total development value of £2 billion, achieving one of the fastest planning approvals for a project of primary significance. In 2022, he founded Meliora Partners, a real estate advisory firm, and continues to provide consulting services while holding board positions in companies operating in the real estate sector.

Rob Thielen is the Founder and Chairman of Waterland, one of the best performing private equity groups in the world, with offices in 11 countries in Europe and about 750 acquisitions made in over 20 countries, the private equity group has a combined cumulative capital base of approximately € 10bio. Before he started Waterland, Thielen gained extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions as manager/shareholder of RWP, later on acquired by the Investec group. He was general manager of his family’s fashion retail group. Earlier on, he worked with the turn-around advisory firm IMCG and the Corporate Finance Group of ABN AMRO Bank. Was a non-executive member of the board of RPS plc, a London Stock Exchange quoted company active in environmental consultancy and of Arxes NCC AG, an IT service provider quoted at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. He was a member of the visiting faculty of the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University). Thielen graduated in tax law at the University of San Diego in California, USA, and obtained a degree in tax law at the Rijksuniversiteit Leiden, the Netherlands.
