The first 3 developments comprise the construction of 38 prestigious apartments of various sizes, facing the south side of the marina, with a commercial component on the ground floors across the three lots, for a total of 1,500 square meters. The buildings, all energy class A and certified near zero energy building (“nZEB”), will feature a contemporary design, using new generation materials and advanced technology of high sustainability value. The protagonist of the project will be green, in sink with the adjacent natural park of Migliarino, San Rossore, Massaciuccoli.

Commercial spaces

The commercial spaces, on the other hand, will significantly enrich the tourist resort, contributing to activate the Pisa marina and its port 365 days a year, whilst creating synergies between the boating and the real estate component.
