Borgo del forte campus

Around 40,000 square meters of space will undergo a comprehensive transformation, creating a significant multifunctional complex for sports and education. This development aims to attract both residents and tourists, strategically and seamlessly fitting into Ventimiglia’s broader city revitalization plan, offering a new high-quality experience.

The facilities

Next to the sports area, an international school (IB) catering to 600 students aged 3 to 17 (1-12K). This school will be surrounded by an urban park open to the city, featuring a year-round accessible indoor swimming pool, a fully-equipped gym, changing rooms, and facilities, along with a spacious public green area for outdoor events.

The services

The former railway accommodations will be revamped into student residency with 100 beds, while the former railway depot will be expanded to include a lecture hall, conference room, offices, and educational labs, along with an exhibition and trade fair area. Lastly, the third existing building will serve as a hub for reception services, offices, and a cafeteria.
