Marina Development Corporation will carry out the major redevelopment plan for the buildable areas surrounding the Marina di Pisa tourist port. Through a sustainable real estate development with hospitality and residential uses, the plan will act as a catalyst for the revitalization of the entire Pisa coastline at the mouth of the Arno River.
The new international-level tourist destination will be called Villa Rondini.
The masterplan will cover an area of over 160,000 sqm, upgrading and regenerating the entire site. Innovation, sustainability, green spaces, and dialogue with the nearby San Rossore Park will be the pillars of the project, which will integrate with the tourist port.
The complex conservative restoration of the historic Villa Romboli has already been completed.
