The first 3 lots to be developed will include 38 luxury apartments of various sizes overlooking the south side of the marina, with retail spaces on the ground floors of each of the three lots, totaling 1,500 square meters. The buildings, all energy class A and certified as near zero energy buildings (“nZEB“), will be characterized by timeless design, incorporating locally sourced materials and a strong focus on sustainability. Green spaces will play a key role in the project, in harmony with the adjacent Migliarino, San Rossore, Massaciuccoli natural park. 

Commercial spaces

The commercial spaces, on the other hand, will significantly enrich the tourist resort, contributing to activate the Pisa marina and its port 365 days a year, whilst creating synergies between the boating and the real estate component.
