Part of this project is the inauguration of the Antica Gelateria d’Autore which was built and opened in the old town of Ventimiglia, located at the centre of via Garibaldi, furnished with beautiful authentic ‘liberty-style’ elements. This ice cream shop is the result of a family tradition that has been thriving since 1967. It the first of the many outlets planned in the gastronomic field.

“Venti”, a new and exceptional restaurant, has opened in the heart of Ventimiglia Alta, just steps away from the ancient Romanesque church of San Michele. The venue features a panoramic terrace dotted with typical Ligurian olive trees and overlooking the sea. Inspired by the design of vintage yachts and boats, Venti boasts walnut wood paneling, mirrored surfaces, brass detailing, fine marble, and Murano glass chandeliers. The extraordinary outdoor spaces stand out for their extensive use of wood and greenery, blending seamlessly with the olive trees on the terrace—under which guests can savor gourmet dishes crafted by the restaurant’s chef.

To lead the restaurant, MDC has selected Chef Manuel Marchetta, whose cuisine reflects a fusion of Ligurian tradition and the creativity of an experienced professional. Raised in his family’s restaurant and trained in renowned establishments both in Italy and abroad, Chef Marchetta has honed his skills to create innovative dishes that celebrate the richness of local gastronomy.

Gourmet pizzas and exclusive cocktails meet at Molo 14, the new trendy venue opened on Lungomare Marconi. A few steps from the sea, it features two large terraces ready to welcome up to one hundred customers.
Pizzas in the name of the Neapolitan tradition with excellent products, but not only that. Molo 14 also offers delicious seafood appetizers and meat and fish main courses cooked in the special Josper oven.
