Biography

Anselmo De Titta is responsible for strategy and management at MDC. Graduated from the Polytechnic University of Milan in Urban Planning and Territorial Policies, he deepened his university studies on integrated territorial development, urban regeneration, local development policies, sustainability, conflict management, and housing in general. He also conducted research with an anthropological approach towards specific housing forms, such as gated communities. His first work experience was at Inpartner, a boutique advisory and development firm led by Cesare Ferrero, where he was involved in due diligence, strategic territorial analysis, and asset management. For over two years, he was the client representative for IGD (Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione) in the consultancy project for the development of the Porta a Mare project in Livorno. He contributed to the acquisition phase of the area from Azimut Benetti, managed the implementation of the Program Agreement, obtained building permits, and initiated the first planned public works. In 2011, he joined BNP Paribas RE Property Development, where he stayed for 11 years. Initially, he was the development manager for the group's first residential project in Italy, later becoming Head of Residential Development, and in the last two years, General Manager / Head of Italy for the group's development division. Among the projects completed, totaling 400 million euros in managed revenues, were the Horti project in Milan and the Domus Aventino project in Rome. He then moved to GreenStone Sicaf, where he structured the Development team for direct management of Due Diligence processes, strategic development planning, permitting and public administration relations, design management, local conflict management, product, and delivery. At GreenStone, he implemented the development of the group's 11 ongoing projects, located in Rome, Milan, and Florence, with residential, commercial, and student housing destinations.

Luigi Adami is Head of Project & Construction Management in MDC. With extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, Luigi has deep knowledge of the Real Estate sector and has contributed to the development and construction of major buildings such as hotels, residential and office spaces. He is also managed large assets throughout his career. Previously, Luigi served as the Head of Property & Project Management at CDP and held various responsibility roles in companies within the BNP Paribas Group in Italy. Luigi graduated from the University of Rome 'La Sapienza' with a degree in Building Engineering-Architecture and later earned a Masters in Project Management and Project Financing from Bocconi University.

Federico Sara is the Director of Project Management and Procurement in MDC. He has 15 years of experience in Project Management in the construction sector and has expertise in designing ports. He graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in maritime hydraulics, from the University of RomeTre, and in 2022, he completed a Master's degree in Project Management at the Politecnico di Milano. During his professional career, he has delved into the topic of high-quality construction, obtaining the titles of Casaclima Consultant and Passivhaus Designer. He has had the opportunity to apply the energy-saving studies he has conducted during the years he managed a construction company, with which he designed and built several buildings that have obtained the Casaclima Gold certification. He became a member of RICS in 2015 as a Building Surveyor.

Marco Dall’Orso is Director of Development at MDC. Marco is highly experienced in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments, forging public/private alliances, designing and executing urban regeneration strategies for sustainable socio-economic progress. Marco has worked on multiple regeneration initiatives including urban waterfronts, major international event sites, stranded movie studios and shopping malls, abandoned industrial sites and related infrastructure. Marco holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Genoa, a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Imperial College, London, and an MBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne. He is a Member of RICS and the Urban Land Institute, and the author of several publications and two books on real estate development and urban regeneration.

Fabrizio Santagata is responsible for the financial planning strategies, the supervision of accounting and financial reporting and the control activities of MDC and real estate development projects promoted. He started his professional career at EY in 2011, dealing with auditing services and consulting in the areas of accounting, finance, controlling, risk management and M&A serving international and listed companies operating in various sectors. Before joining MDC, since 2020 Fabrizio worked for Bizzi & Partners, a real estate development company and promoter of investment operations in progress in Italy and the United States, as Head of Finance & Controlling for the group including real estate construction and service companies and special purpose real estate companies. Fabrizio has over 10 year of work experience in the real estate industry, and he is Certified Public Accountant and Legal Auditor.

Monica Anzola is the Director of Asset Management at MDC. She boasts a decade of experience in managing value-add and core real estate portfolios on behalf of institutional investors at an international level. She has worked on significant redevelopment and management projects for prestigious properties in important cities such as Milan and Florence for Hines Italy. Previously, she held the role of Fund Manager for BNP Paribas Real Estate in Milan, managing mixed-use properties. She graduated in Business Economics from Bocconi University and obtained a Master's degree in Real Estate from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan.

Luciano Cosco is the manager for the design and management of MDC's network subservices. He takes care of relationships with the companies providing the services and with the public offices responsible for the management and control of the infrastructures, as well as managing the maintenance of the structures and systems. Previously he was manager of Aiga Spa, a public integrated water cycle management company.

Roberto Berio is responsible for Public Relations and Press Office at MDC. With extensive experience in the media industry, Roberto is a member of the National Register of Italian Journalists and was the Chief Editor of Secolo XIX, Liguria's main newspaper. He has also served as a Director at Telesanremo, Canale31, and Odeon TV and has worked on four editions of the Sanremo Festival Press Office. In addition, Roberto has experience as a general manager of a nautical-hotel group.

Franco Canepa, a civil engineering graduate from the Polytechnic of Turin, is the Public Relations lead for the Villa Rondini project. With extensive experience in the infrastructure sector, both domestically and internationally, he has notably served as the CEO of construction firms and overseen real estate development initiatives for the Ferruzzi Group. In his capacity as the CEO, he successfully executed major projects, including the high-speed railway lines connecting Milan to Turin and Milan to Genoa. Notably, as the Sole Director and subsequently as a Board member responsible for permitting, Franco played a pivotal role in the construction of the Livorno LNG terminal on behalf of OLT OFFSHORE, a subsidiary of SNAM and IGNEO Infrastructures Partners. Having dedicated a significant portion of his career to Tuscany, Franco has undertaken projects of great significance. Notable accomplishments include the Pisa Area for the CNR (Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche), the new headquarters for Pisa University's Faculty of Computer Science, the Geofor headquarters, and the completion of the Navicelli Canal through the construction of the Arno Incile for the Port Authority of Pisa. Beyond his professional endeavors, Franco Canepa has actively contributed to various institutions, holding institutional positions at ANCE (Associazione Nazionale Costruttori Edili), Confindustria, I.G.I (Istituto Grandi Infrastrutture), and participating in cultural associations such as "Pisa per l'Arte."

Ginevra is the Executive Assistant at MDC and provides highly professional daily support to the CEO and team. She actively coordinates the team, organizes meetings and travel, and manages the CEO's communication activities. In addition, she is responsible for the daily management of the office. She has a degree in Languages from the French University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, with one year of study abroad in Canada at UQAM and in 2023 she completed a master's degree in Social Media Management at 24 Ore Business School. She has work experience in Australia, France, and Monaco as an Administrative Manager.

Rob Thielen is the Founder and Chairman of Waterland, one of the best performing private equity groups in the world, with offices in 11 countries in Europe and about 750 acquisitions made in over 20 countries, the private equity group has a combined cumulative capital base of approximately € 10bio. Before he started Waterland, Thielen gained extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions as manager/shareholder of RWP, later on acquired by the Investec group. He was general manager of his family’s fashion retail group. Earlier on, he worked with the turn-around advisory firm IMCG and the Corporate Finance Group of ABN AMRO Bank. Was a non-executive member of the board of RPS plc, a London Stock Exchange quoted company active in environmental consultancy and of Arxes NCC AG, an IT service provider quoted at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. He was a member of the visiting faculty of the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University). Thielen graduated in tax law at the University of San Diego in California, USA, and obtained a degree in tax law at the Rijksuniversiteit Leiden, the Netherlands.
