The City Council has approved an amendment to the city’s Urban Master Plan to enable the major urban regeneration project proposed by NAMIRA S.G.R.p.A., with Marina Development Corporation acting as advisor.
This ambitious €200 million plan reimagines the city’s waterfront through Borgo del Forte—featuring a five-star hotel, upscale residences, and high-end services—and Borgo del Forte Campus in the Campasso di Nervia area, which will host an international school, sports facilities, and a conference center.

Next step: final approval from the Liguria Regional Authority.
