Restaurant Opens in the Heart of Ventimiglia Alta”. Introducing the “Venti,” a new and exceptional restaurant located in the heart of Ventimiglia Alta, just a few steps away from the ancient Romanesque church of San Michele. Nestled on a panoramic terrace adorned with typical Ligurian olive trees overlooking the sea, Venti is inspired by the design of yachts and vintage boats. It features walnut wood paneling, brass accents, marble elements, and Murano glass chandeliers. The outdoor spaces are extraordinary, with a strong emphasis on wood and plants that blend seamlessly with the olive trees on the panoramic terrace. Underneath this natural canopy, guests can indulge in gourmet dishes crafted by the chef.

To lead the restaurant, MDC has chosen to invest in the future by forming a joint venture with two young yet highly acclaimed figures in the Riviera’s gastronomic scene and beyond: Diego Pani and Paolo Roi.
