The City Council Approves Amendment to Urban Master Plan for Major Urban Regeneration Project by NAMIRA S.G.R.p.a.<\/a>, with Marina Development Corporation as Advisor.<\/p>\n

The City Council has approved an amendment to the city\u2019s Urban Master Plan to enable the major urban regeneration project proposed by NAMIRA S.G.R.p.A., with Marina Development Corporation acting as advisor.<\/p>\n

This ambitious \u20ac200 million plan reimagines the city\u2019s waterfront through Borgo del Forte<\/em>\u2014featuring a five-star hotel, upscale residences, and high-end services\u2014and Borgo del Forte Campus<\/em> in the Campasso di Nervia area, which will host an international school, sports facilities, and a conference center.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are pleased with the adoption of the amendment,\u201d commented Anselmo De Titta<\/a>, CEO of Marina Development Corporation. \u201cWe thank the Mayor and the City Council for their commitment, determination, and the professionalism of the municipal offices. A new phase of collaboration with the relevant authorities now begins, aimed at bringing to life a project that will enhance an area of extraordinary beauty and contribute to the economic and social revitalization of the city.\u201d<\/p>\n
