Marina di Ventimiglia<\/strong>\u00a0is a valuable urban regeneration project designed to become a new international touristic destination at the waterfront of the\u00a0western Ligurian Riviera<\/strong>\u00a0city.<\/p>\n

Borgo del Forte<\/strong>, the main development situated at the waterfront overlooking the new\u00a0Marina of Monaco<\/strong>, where a five-star hotel with 70 rooms, a gym, a spa, and a restaurant will be built, in addition to 70 high-end residences.<\/p>\n

Currently under construction is the La Rocca restaurant<\/strong>, located west of Borgo del Forte, featuring large panoramic terraces, as well as the transformation of the former Aci building in Piazza della Costituente<\/strong>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, Borgo del Forte Campus<\/strong>, in the Nervia area, will include an international school with student housing, a sports center, a public park, a swimming pool, and a multipurpose space for events, conferences, and exhibitions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
